CKS is the result of 38 years of worldwide experience in Cement Manufacturing, building a strong knowledge in the area of Cement Manufacturing Process.
This knowledge has been acquired through the development and worldwide roll-out of kiln and mills simulators, the implementation of High Level Control for kilns and the training of process and operation employees around the globe.
In our experience, training of operators has been the most successful task for improvement of performance of kiln processes. Based on the evaluation of operation results and the application of standard operation concepts, we have managed to increase quality of the product and decrease overall operation costs. CKS is a computer application designed to improve operator’s skills using dynamic simulation.
CKS includes an operation course, involving a totally new concept in the training of operators. By following this course, operators will get a better understanding of the impact of processes on kiln operation, the required actions to keep stability of the kiln and finally improve its overall performance.
